Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, and exclude tax. Where tax applies, Creem, our merchant of record, adds it at checkout based on your billing address and shows it before you pay.
User accounts are counted per team, not per tool; a team with both tools has 5 in total. Pending invitations count toward the 5.
Both tools cover Wayfair US only, recorded once a day for one US ZIP code. Neither provides sales or unit figures, inventory counts or data export. The dashboard is in Simplified Chinese. How the data works

Choose Monitor, Research or both. Checkout is handled by Creem; each plan is billed monthly in US dollars.
Monitor starts when you paste your product links. Research: we confirm your category and start recording within 3 business days of your first payment, or you can cancel for a full refund.

Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order, adds any applicable tax and issues your invoices.
Yes, every month until you cancel.
Yes. Admins cancel in the app, on the Billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and cancelling one tool doesn’t affect the other.
Monitor covers up to 100 parent products, each with up to 500 variants. Each team has up to 5 user accounts, counted per team, not per tool.
After you subscribe, a team admin names your category on the Research page of your dashboard. Within 3 business days of your first payment, we confirm it with your team and start daily recording; days we’re waiting for your reply don’t count. The data appears in the Research area of your dashboard. If we don’t start in time, you can cancel for a full refund; details are in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
