Signing up and subscribing are separate steps. Creating an account is free; Monitor starts working once you subscribe to its plan.
Create your accountSign up at app.sellripple.com. An account on its own doesn’t start any recording.
Subscribe to MonitorMonitor is US$69.99 a month, billed monthly in US dollars. Checkout is handled by Creem, our merchant of record.
Paste your product linksAdd your Wayfair US product links, with your own SKU next to each if you like. See Adding products.
Wait for the first captureThe first capture finds every color and size of each product, up to 500 per product.
Check in each dayMonitor records once a day, in the US evening. New alerts appear in your Alert Center when that day’s record is complete.
The dashboard is in Simplified Chinese
These guides use the English names of the dashboard’s pages and labels. Dates and times in the dashboard are US Eastern; the Coverage page also shows each day’s Beijing date.
Subscribed to Research?
Within 3 business days of your first Research payment, we confirm the category with your team and start daily recording; the data appears in the Research area of your team’s dashboard. If we don’t, you can cancel for a full refund. Research records data and history, with no alerts; see How the data works.
Monitor records the Wayfair US products you add. Products are added by link.
Copy your product linksUse parent product links from Wayfair US product pages, one product per line.
Add your own SKU (optional)Copy two columns straight from Excel: your own SKU and the Wayfair product link. Your SKU then appears next to Wayfair’s in the product list, the price trend and every alert.
Paste and check the countDuplicate links are counted once, and a live count shows how many unique products you are adding.
Start the first captureThe first capture maps every color and size each product sells. Daily recording follows from then on.
Good to know
The first capture finds every color and size the listing sells, up to 500 variants per product.
Your Monitor plan includes up to 100 parent products, and your team can have up to 5 user accounts (pending invitations count).
Products are organized by store. Mark your most important products as priority to pin them to the top. Search by title or SKU, and filter by store, sale status or price range.
History starts the day you add a product. Nobody can record the days before.
After each daily snapshot, every color and size is compared with its last recorded snapshot, normally the day before. Anything that meets a rule lands in your Alert Center.

What each alert shows
The type of alert, its severity, and the date and time it was recorded (US Eastern).
The store, Wayfair’s SKU (with your own beside it if you added one), and the exact color and size. Review alerts apply to the whole product.
The change itself, such as In stock → Out of stock, or $899.99 → $809.99. Review alerts include the review text.
Handling alerts
Once your team has dealt with an alert, mark it handled so nobody doubles up. Operators and admins can handle alerts; read-only members can see them.
Good to know
Alerts appear in the dashboard only. Nothing is sent by email, SMS, messaging app or push notification.
Price and review alerts start after a product’s first full capture. A variant that is already unsellable in its first snapshot raises a stockout alert, and an ongoing stockout isn’t repeated every day.
Review alerts cover the first 20 reviews shown on the listing. A low-star review outside those 20 is counted in the daily total but raises no alert.
Open any product’s Price Trend to see its price history, one value per US Eastern business date.
Whole product or one variant. View the whole product (its lowest variant price each day), or pick one exact variant by color and size, the way a shopper would. Sold-out options are struck through, and combinations the listing doesn’t offer are dashed.
Time range. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all history.
Summary. The latest price, the range low and high, and the change from the first to the last day in the range.
Daily table. Below the chart, one row per business date. For a variant: price, sale status, ZIP code and capture time. For the whole product: price, review count and rating.
A dashed segment is a missed day
Days without data are drawn dashed and never filled in, so a dashed stretch doesn’t mean the price stayed the same. The whole-product price can include the listed price of a variant that isn’t currently sellable.
Each user account has one of three roles, so the people who watch listings, the people who act on alerts and the people who manage accounts get the access they need.
Roles in Monitor
Role
What it can do
Read-only
Sees everything: products, price trends, alerts and the Coverage Calendar.
Operator
Everything a read-only member sees, plus: add products, mark Priority Products and handle alerts.
Admin
Everything an operator can do, plus: manage user accounts and change roles, adjust alert thresholds and manage billing (the admin who paid opens Creem’s portal).
Your Monitor plan includes up to 100 parent products, and your team can have up to 5 user accounts (pending invitations count).
Payments are processed by Creem, acting as our merchant of record: Creem is the seller of record for your order.
Each tool is its own subscription, billed monthly in US dollars: Monitor US$69.99, Research US$299. Subscribing to one doesn’t switch on the other.
Prices exclude sales tax or VAT. Where tax applies, Creem adds it at checkout based on your billing address and shows it before you pay. Creem issues your invoices.
Your team’s admins subscribe and manage plans on the app’s Billing page. Creem’s customer portal, where you update the payment method and download invoices, opens only for the admin who paid for the plan, because it shows that person’s payment details; the payer can also use the portal link in Creem’s payment emails. Other admins can send the payer a portal link from the Billing page, or email us.
Cancelling a subscription
Open the Billing pageSign in to app.sellripple.com as an admin of your team and open Billing.
Cancel the tool you no longer needCancel its subscription and confirm. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so you aren’t charged again for that tool. Cancelling one tool doesn’t affect the other.
Keep using it until the period endsThe Billing page shows the date your access ends. Until then, you can resume the subscription on the same page.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your first payment for each tool has a 7-day money-back guarantee; after that, payments aren’t refunded except for billing errors and the other cases in our policy. If cancelling in the app doesn’t work, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll help.
If a renewal payment has failed, the subscription can’t be cancelled on the Billing page: the admin who paid can cancel it in Creem’s customer portal, or you can email us and we’ll cancel it.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 China Standard Time (Beijing), excluding public holidays in mainland China. We usually reply within 1 business day.
Before you subscribe: questions about plans, setup or the data are welcome by email too. See our support page.
When you write about a product, include your store and its SKU or Wayfair link so we can find it quickly. More answers are in the FAQ and in How the data works.
