Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Sell Ripple for Sell Ripple Monitor and Sell Ripple Research. We have kept it as plain as we can.
Please read the terms in bold carefully
They cover automatic monthly renewal (section 4), limits on refunds (section 5 and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy), limits on our liability (section 13), your indemnity (section 14), and Chinese law and courts for disputes (section 15).
In short
- Sell Ripple Monitor (US$69.99 per month) and Sell Ripple Research (US$299 per month) are separate monthly subscriptions in US dollars, excluding any sales tax or VAT. Each renews every month until you cancel it.
- Creating an account is free. A tool works only once you subscribe to its plan.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Admins manage subscriptions on the app’s Billing page, including cancelling at the end of the paid period; the admin who paid opens Creem’s customer portal to update the payment method or download invoices.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your first payment for each tool has a 7-day money-back guarantee; after that, payments aren’t refunded except for billing errors and the other cases in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
- The data is a once-a-day record of what Wayfair US shows shoppers. It is provided as-is, can have gaps, and is not sales, inventory or pricing advice.
- Sell Ripple is independent of Wayfair. We never ask for your Partner Home login.
- Use the Services for your own business, and don’t resell the data.
This summary is for convenience. The full Terms below apply.
1. About these Terms
Sell Ripple Monitor and Sell Ripple Research are provided by Sell Ripple. Sell Ripple is operated by an individual based in Shanghai, China (in these Terms, “Sell Ripple”, “we”, “us” and “our”). You can reach us at [email protected]. Where the law requires, we will provide the operator’s legal identity on request.
These Terms apply when you, or the organization you represent, create an account for, subscribe to or use Sell Ripple Monitor or Sell Ripple Research (each a “Service”, together the “Services”). If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and “you” means that organization. The Services are for business use: you may use them only for your trade, business or profession, including as a sole trader. They are not offered to consumers. If consumer law applies to you anyway, nothing in these Terms limits the rights it gives you.
These Terms and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy together make up the agreement between us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. When you pay, the purchase itself is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms (see section 4).
2. The Services
Sell Ripple records product information that Wayfair displays to shoppers on wayfair.com, once a day, and keeps it as a dated history.
Sell Ripple Monitor records, for the Wayfair US listings you add, the daily retail price and stock status of each color and size, each listing’s review count and average rating, and the star rating, text and date of the first 20 reviews Wayfair shows. It shows alerts in your dashboard: a stockout, a return to stock, a price move of ±8% or more, and a new review of 3★ or lower; the price and review thresholds are defaults that your team’s admins can adjust. Alerts appear in the dashboard only; there are no email, SMS, messaging-app or push notifications. The dashboard is in Simplified Chinese.
Sell Ripple Research records, once a day, the top 300 products of the Wayfair US category set up for you: each product’s rank position, with sponsored placements flagged, its brand, listed price, rating, review count, specs and feature bullets, plus the daily price and stock status of each color and size and daily review counts with the 1–5★ breakdown. Research provides data and history, which your team views in the Research area of the dashboard; it sends no alerts. Within 3 business days of your first Research payment, we confirm the tracked category with you and start recording it.
What each plan includes, such as the number of parent products, tracked categories and user accounts, is shown on our Pricing page.
The Services cover Wayfair US (wayfair.com) only. Data is captured once a day and is not real-time. Neither Service provides sales figures, inventory counts or data export. What is captured, when, and where the limits are is described on our How the data works page. Features not described on this website are not part of the Services unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Accounts and access
You can create a Sell Ripple account for free at app.sellripple.com. Creating an account doesn’t start any tracking: a Service works only while you have an active subscription to its plan (see section 4).
Each user account is for one named person. Keep passwords confidential and don’t share accounts. You are responsible for the people you give access to and for activity under your accounts. Remove access promptly when someone leaves your team.
Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think an account has been used without permission.
We will never ask for your Wayfair Partner Home login, and you should not give it to us.
4. Subscriptions, billing and Creem
Prices. Sell Ripple Monitor is US$69.99 per month and Sell Ripple Research is US$299 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which Creem adds at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address, and shows before you pay. Each Service is a separate subscription: subscribing to one doesn’t include or switch on the other.
Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order: you subscribe through Creem’s checkout, Creem charges any sales tax or VAT and issues your invoices, and the purchase is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms. Creem handles your payment details under its own Privacy Notice; we never see your full card number. Charges appear on your statement from Creem, usually starting “CREEM.IO*”. If you don’t recognise a charge, contact us first at [email protected].
Monthly billing and automatic renewal. Each subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews automatically at the start of each monthly billing period until you cancel it.
Managing your billing. Your team’s admins subscribe and manage plans on the app’s Billing page. Any admin can cancel a subscription there, or resume a cancelled one before its paid period ends; a cancellation made there takes effect at the end of the paid period. Creem’s customer portal, where you update the payment method and download invoices, opens only for the admin who paid for the plan, because it shows that person’s payment details; the payer can also use the portal link in Creem’s payment emails. Other admins can send the payer a portal link from the Billing page, or email us.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days while the payer updates the payment method in Creem’s portal. If it still hasn’t been paid after that, the Service pauses until the payment succeeds. While it’s paused, the tool doesn’t capture new data, and your records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
Price changes. We may change prices by telling you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your first billing period after the notice period ends; it never changes a period you’ve already paid for. If you don’t want to pay it, you can cancel before then.
Custom arrangements. If you need more than a standard plan includes, we can agree a custom plan in writing (email is fine). Custom plans are billed through Creem like standard plans; we don’t issue our own invoices or take payment any other way.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Your team’s admins can cancel a subscription at any time on the app’s Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so you won’t be charged again for that Service. Cancelling one Service doesn’t affect the other. Please cancel in the app rather than in Creem’s customer portal: a cancellation made in the portal can end access straight away. If a renewal payment has failed, cancel as described in section 4 of our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
You keep access to that Service until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for. Refunds, including the 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for each Service, are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy; other payments, including the unused part of a billing period, aren’t refunded except in the cases listed there.
If Research setup isn’t completed within the time stated in section 2, section 6 of the Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out the details and forms part of these Terms. Because Creem processes the payments, any refund is paid through Creem. What happens to your records after a subscription ends is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Services and the data they show for your own internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the Services or their data to anyone outside your organization, other than professional advisers who keep it confidential;
- share accounts, or give access to more people than your team’s user-account limit;
- try to access accounts, data or parts of the Services you are not authorized to use, including other customers’ data;
- copy or extract data from the Services by automated means, or interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
- use the Services, or any review content in them, to identify, contact or profile individual shoppers or reviewers;
- use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing.
You are responsible for how you use the data, including making sure your use is consistent with the law and with any agreement you have with Wayfair.
7. Data provided as-is
Data is provided as-is for business research. Wayfair can change its pages at any time, so some products or days may not be captured. We show those as gaps rather than estimating them. Sell Ripple does not provide sales figures, inventory counts or pricing advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with the data.
The Services depend on a third-party website that we do not control. Wayfair may change, restrict or stop showing information at any time, which can reduce what the Services capture or stop them working for some products, days or categories.
Figures reflect what Wayfair displayed at the time of capture for one US delivery ZIP code, and may differ from what an individual shopper sees. Data is captured once a day and is not real-time. History starts when recording starts; earlier days cannot be recovered.
To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the data is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Independent of Wayfair
Sell Ripple is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wayfair LLC. Wayfair is a trademark of its respective owner.
Wayfair does not provide, check or endorse Sell Ripple’s data, and we receive no data from Wayfair directly. Your relationship with Wayfair, including any supplier agreement and your Partner Home account, is separate from these Terms and is not affected by them.
9. Your content
“Your Content” means what you give us to run the Services, for example product links, your own SKU codes, store names, category choices, and the statuses you set on alerts and products. You keep all rights in Your Content.
You give us permission to store, copy and process Your Content only as needed to provide, maintain and support the Services, and you confirm that you have the right to give it to us. We do not sell Your Content.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Services, including the software, the dashboards, this website, and the way records are organized and presented. While your subscription is active, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service you subscribe to and its data for your internal business purposes under these Terms.
Product information, images, reviews and trademarks shown on Wayfair belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms gives you or us any rights in them. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Services running and to capture data every day, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular level of availability or uptime, or that every product, variant or day will be captured. There is no service-level agreement; our Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains what happens when days are lost to a fault on our side.
We may change, improve or remove features. If a change we choose to make materially reduces what your Service does, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If a change is forced on us, for example by Wayfair or by law, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. Maintenance can briefly interrupt access or delay a day’s capture.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access to a Service if a payment is overdue, if you breach section 6, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Either of us may end this agreement if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time after being told about it. You can also end it at any time by cancelling your subscriptions and asking us at [email protected] to close your account. What happens to your data then is set out in section 11 of our Privacy Policy. If we decide to stop offering a Service altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; if we are forced to stop sooner, for example by Wayfair or by law, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. We will not charge you for any period after the Service ends, and will refund the unused part of your current billing period as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
When the agreement ends, your access ends. Sections 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 17 continue to apply, and any amounts already due remain payable.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud.
Subject to that, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, sales, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms. We are also not liable for any action Wayfair takes on your Wayfair account or listings. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of US$100 and the total fees you paid us for the Service concerned in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
You are responsible for the business decisions you make using the data (see section 7).
14. Indemnity
You will compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of section 6 or by Your Content. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in how it is handled.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The people’s court with jurisdiction over the place where the operator is based (Shanghai) has exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the Services as a consumer and the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be excluded by agreement, this section doesn’t take those rights away.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Your purchase from Creem is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms, including their choice of law, and not by this section.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect and update the effective date above. Changes needed for legal or security reasons, or that don’t reduce your rights, can take effect sooner. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, the updated Terms apply.
17. General
Whole agreement. These Terms and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Services and replace any earlier discussions. A different arrangement agreed in writing under section 4 takes priority where it conflicts with these Terms. The purchase itself is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms; where they conflict with these Terms about the purchase, Creem’s Buyer Terms prevail.
Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including changes to, or unavailability of, third-party websites.
Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor to the Sell Ripple business, and we will tell you if we do.
Severability and waiver. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to [email protected].
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these Terms are read.
Language. These Terms are published in English and Simplified Chinese, and the two versions are intended to say the same thing. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails for users in mainland China and the English version prevails for everyone else.
