Refunds & Cancellation Policy
How monthly billing, cancelling and refunds work for Sell Ripple Monitor and Sell Ripple Research. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Summary
- Sell Ripple Monitor (US$69.99 per month) and Sell Ripple Research (US$299 per month) are separate subscriptions, each billed monthly in US dollars. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which Creem adds at checkout where it applies.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.
- Admins manage subscriptions on the app’s Billing page, including cancelling at the end of the paid period; the admin who paid opens Creem’s customer portal to update the payment method or download invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your first payment for each tool comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee; other payments aren’t refunded except in the cases in section 6.
2. Billing cycle
Creating an account doesn’t start a subscription; a tool works only once you subscribe to its plan. Each subscription is paid monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renews automatically at the start of each monthly billing period until you cancel it.
Monitor and Research are separate subscriptions. Subscribing to one doesn’t include or switch on the other, and each renews on its own schedule.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days while the payer updates the payment method in Creem’s portal. If it still hasn’t been paid after that, the Service pauses until the payment succeeds. While it’s paused, the tool doesn’t capture new data, and your records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy. To stop the subscription instead, see section 4.
3. Payments through Creem
Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues your invoices and pays approved refunds. The purchase is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms. Your team’s admins manage plans on the app’s Billing page, including cancelling at the end of the paid period; the admin who paid opens Creem’s customer portal to update the payment method or download invoices.
Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT. Where tax applies, Creem adds it at checkout based on your billing address and shows it before you pay.
4. How to cancel
- Open the Billing pageSign in to app.sellripple.com as an admin of your team and open Billing.
- Cancel the tool you no longer needCancel its subscription and confirm. Any admin of your team can do this, and you don’t need to give a reason.
- Keep using it until the period endsThe Billing page shows the date your access ends. Until then, you can resume the subscription on the same page.
While a subscription renews normally, you can cancel it online at any time. Cancelling one tool doesn’t affect the other. Please cancel in the app rather than in Creem’s customer portal: a cancellation made in the portal can end access straight away. If cancelling in the app doesn’t work, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will help.
If a renewal payment has failed. A subscription whose renewal payment has failed can’t be cancelled on the Billing page. To stop it, the admin who paid can cancel it in Creem’s customer portal, or any admin can email [email protected] and we’ll cancel it for you. The paid period has already ended, so access ends when the subscription is cancelled.
5. What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops the next renewal, so you are not charged again for that tool. You keep access to that tool until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for; the app shows the date. We don’t refund the rest of that period, unless section 6 applies.
Your account stays open, and you can subscribe again later. While a subscription is inactive, that tool doesn’t capture new data, and those days can’t be filled in afterwards.
Changed your mind? While a cancelled period is still running, you can resume the subscription on the Billing page. If you subscribe again instead, the new subscription starts and is charged straight away, and the days left on the cancelled one aren’t added to it.
6. Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee. There’s no free trial, so your first payment for each tool is fully refundable: email us within 7 days of that payment and we’ll refund it. It applies once per customer for Monitor and once for Research; the same team, the same payer or the same payment email address counts as the same customer. When we refund it, that subscription is cancelled and access to the tool ends.
Other payments. Renewals and later payments aren’t refunded, and we don’t refund part-used months, except:
- a duplicate or mistaken charge, including being charged twice for the same tool: we refund the extra payment;
- a renewal charged after you cancelled, because of an error on our side or Creem’s: we refund it in full;
- a failed renewal that Creem collects on a later retry after you asked us to cancel the subscription: we refund it in full;
- Research setup that isn’t completed in time (below);
- if we stop offering a Service (below);
- where the law requires a refund, including any right of withdrawal under Creem’s Buyer Terms;
- where Creem, as merchant of record, issues a refund under its own terms.
Research setup. Within 3 business days of your first Research payment, we confirm the tracked category with you and start recording it daily, and the data appears in the Research area of your team’s dashboard. If we don’t, you can choose to wait or to cancel; if you cancel, we refund that payment in full through Creem. The same applies if we find we can’t track the category you asked for and you don’t want to choose another. Days when we’re waiting for your reply don’t count towards the 3 days. Business days are Monday to Friday, Beijing time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays in mainland China.
If we stop offering a Service. If we decide to stop offering a Service altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance (section 12 of our Terms); if we are forced to stop sooner, for example by Wayfair or by law, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. Either way, if your paid period runs past the end date, we refund the unused days through Creem, in proportion to the days in that billing period.
Questions about a charge. Charges appear on your statement from Creem, usually starting “CREEM.IO*”. If you don’t recognise one or think it’s wrong, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount, before disputing it with your bank. We’ll sort it out through Creem, which is usually quicker. You can also contact Creem through its customer portal.
How refunds are paid. We decide refund requests under this policy. Creem, as merchant of record, pays approved refunds back to your original payment method; card refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days. We never refund outside Creem, for example by bank transfer or through a mobile payment app.
7. Missed days and interruptions
The tools record what Wayfair displays once a day and depend on a third-party website that can change at any time, so some products or days may not be captured. Missed days are shown as gaps, never filled in with estimates; see How the data works. The Services have no service-level agreement or uptime guarantee (section 11 of our Terms).
If a fault in our own systems (not a change on Wayfair’s side) stops a tool capturing data for several days in a row, tell us within 30 days. We’ll look into it and may refund those days through Creem, in proportion to your billing period. Missed days aren’t otherwise refunded.
8. Your data after cancelling
Your account stays open after you cancel. When your team’s access to its last Service ends, we keep the team’s records for 180 days, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again; then we delete them, and they leave our backups within about 14 more days. Billing records are kept longer for tax and accounting (see our Privacy Policy). To ask us to delete your records sooner, email [email protected].
9. Contact
